Hammie's feelin better.

Yesterday Hammie let me hold her for a little bit, she felt really light & her fingernails were dirty and her eyes were a cloudy orange color instead of bright red like they usually are... so I put her back in her cage & let her rest some more. Although Syrin hamster's are solitary animals, they do have a sense of loss and do at times enjoy other hamster's company. Maybe not in the same area they're in, but close by. And according to Martin, Flix & Hammie are married ~_^.

Today Hammie has been a little more active. I went over to see if Flix wanted to play & Hammie was up gathering bedding, and she saw me there... so she started running in her wheel & stopping to look at me, then running, then stopping, like she normally did. And I went over to talk to her & she started climbing her cage so I picked her up.

She's still soo tiny. I guess I'm not use to her being that thin or that light, but I assume its since the babies took all her nutrients. She still seem's healthy, I couldnt tell if her eyes are back to normal since its dim in my room & its been cloudy & raining all day so that just makes it harder to see them. But I'm glad she's beginning to be active again, I was really worried about her.

Flixie's been having bad hair days.....

Okay I've been giving them to him on purpose! But I cant help it! He's so fluffy! =)
