Stop watching me Mommy!

I bet that's what Flix has been thinking these passed few days lol. I cant help it! He's so adorable! Like just now I heard him moving around so I rushed to his cage to see what he was doing & he was digging in his peepee corner looking for something then eventually went pee. He sometimes dig's before he goes pee. Its the cutest thing ever, like he's looking for something. I noticed he was uninterested in the food left in his food bowl [ he's so picky ] so I added a few more [ more like handfuls lol ] seeds & he proceeded to stuff his fluffy cheeks, go back to his bed, dig under his wheel [ which is next to his bed ] & unload his food there. Hehe. He's such a cutie! Like when he bathes in the corner next to his water bottle & when he's done bathing he sniff's inbetween the bars and he looks so hopeless lol. I'll have to take a picture of it sometime.

He's being really good lately. Hes waken up in the morning the same time I do so I spend some time with him since he's awake then he'll go to sleep around the time I nap. I wake up before him of course but he wakes up and eats dinner the same time I do then he'll go back to sleep. Wake up around 1-3AM and sleep either before or after me & repeat.

Its been like this all week, I love it! He's such a good boy too, he knows that he cant come back out to play if he doesnt drink and / or pee then he has to come back up to the top room. =)

I was uploading pictures of Flix & Hammie to my Flickr account [ I leave lots of comments on other people's hamsters so I thought its only fair I finally upload some of mine so I dont look like some crazy mystery stalker person ] & I was looking at the pictures of Hammie... =( I miss her so much sometimes. Like I just wanna go over to the cage, poke her & wake her up just to give her a kiss on the forehead & have her go back to sleep. But she's not there anymore... its still really hard to let go. I know she's still with me, but its just really hard sometimes.

Flix makes her cage look really small sometimes. And I cant help but remember how big she made the cage look... but I know you're there Hammie baby. I love you. I saw all your 143's yesterday. Sorry I couldnt write... you know Mommy was sad cause Daddy was being a bitch. Is that why you sent them? Heh. Make sure Flixie & Goomba are okay k? And Roxas too. We love you Hammie baby <33.

Tangle.

I got that tangle out of Flix's hair. It was on the long hair behind one of his ears. Lets just say... he only has long hair on one side behind his ear lol. Sorry babyboy!! I dont see how the hell you got it there in the first place!

I bought him new food today [ & gave the other bag to Goomba ] & some Strawberry yogurt drops & his fav... banana chips... and I got goldfish crackers [ both for me and him! ] but now I dont think I can give it to him because they're colored. Dammit! Oh well, I'll buy him the baby ones that just came out instead :D then he can have a whole bag to himself.

I felt bad I havent been giving him treats since Hammie died. I've bought him toys, but no treats. Sorry babyboy. He's going to the vet next week for his nail's & maybe soon I can take him for a check up. Or just ask the vet a few questions while I'm there. Other then that... he woke up the same time I did this morning & starte running around playing. That was really nice. Esp since he didnt wake up for dinner with me last night. Its okay though, he made up for it this morning =).

Copy Cat!

Flix is such a copy cat! Everytime I eat, he eats. Everytime I drink, he drinks. Everytime I sneeze, he sneezes lol. He's the cutest thing ever! He know's when Mommy puts him back in his cage after running in the ball he cant come back out until he drinks AND comes up to the top. He's such a good baby!

Today he was bathing while laying down & his hair was tangled [ Oops. I have brushed it in a while! ] so it got caught in his teeth. And I guess he REALLY couldnt get it out cause usually he pulls it out with one hand but he was pulling & pulling with BOTH hands. I couldnt help but giggle. I wish I had a better camera so I could take lots & lots of videos & pictures of him at night.

He's been sleeping a lot lately, but he was awake all day today. Now he's pooped & sleeping. But of course he woke up to eat dinner with Mommy =).

He's so cute when he rips up his tissue. He like holds it with both hands & nips at it. And since he's so fat & fluffy his fur looks like a coat. Hard to explain but its adorable!

I thought about Hammie today & I really wish she was here. I could use a cuddle & kisses.... =
Havent seen Goomba in a while, but he's doin good. He's still a little baby too. Damn how old was he when we got him?!

Flix & Goomba.

The other day [ Saturday ] Martin brought Goomba over so Flix could meet him. They got along pretty good at first, then Flix tried to fight Goomba & did. And when Martin broke them apart Goomba was running to the corner of my room. Neither of them were hurt. Goomba didnt see to be afraid of being around Flix, but Flix on the other hand would start clicking his teeth when we put him near Goomba. Wtf? Its like he was hissing at him or somethin. Flix is so jealous, but I guess he has a right to be... since we kinda ignored him when Hammie was here... but he should know we're not gonna do that again! He's just being a big baby lol.

Then yesterday he was scared of / about something & jumped out of my hand and hit his face on the cage. Now he has two red dots: one next to his eye & one next to his whiskers. I hope he's okay. I need to set an appt for his nail's this week since I cancelled last week.

He's starting to sleep a lot more... like, all day until the wee hours of the morning causing me to wake up lol. Maybe it just has to do with him getting older & less active or something...

Goomba is such a cutie. Martin would rub his belly when he would go to sleep.. and pet him to sleep & all sorts of stuff. It was really cute. I wish I could get to know Goomba more, but I have to take care of the Flixie baby & he's a handful just by himself! =)

I took pictures of them meeting & stuff, but I'm too lazy to upload them... I should go edit the posts that I didnt post pictures in too since I got those on my PC now. Ah.


Oh yah, yesterday was Mother's Day... Happy Mother's Day Hammie Baby! We love youuuu! *mwah*

Whoa Flix!

I changed Flix's bedding today & like the first time he slept on his wheel. But before I changed his bedding he was comfortable with his new bedding. I wonder why he's doing this. Maybe he just needs to get re use to it again? Well anyway, he was sleeping in his wheel with his head hanging off the side. Something someone would panic over. So I gave him a bankie [ toilet paper ] and he attacked it as always but this time he tried to stuff it in his cheeks. He was goin at it for like a minute. I was like whoa wtf. But it reminded me of Hammie when she did that & took it up to her room... =(

Now of course, Flix just took it out of his mouth & that was that. He doesnt seem to have much interest in stuff his cheeks to begin with. I just thought it was kind of weird...

Anyway, he's been freezing up a lot lately in her cage, unsure of what this could be... but its starting to worry me... and he was squeeking last night as well as this morning... hm.

Also, he's going to get his nails clipped later this week. I'm tired of getting scratched up when I play with him. His nail's are leathal man. They really peirce into you. Owww.
